One Year Warranty on Peaktronics Manufactured Products

All products manufactured by PEAKTRONICS, INC. are warranted against defective materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. Any product that is found to be defective within the warranty period will be repaired, or, at the option of PEAKTRONICS, INC., will be replaced, free of charge.

This warranty does not apply to any products which have been altered, or repaired, by someone other than PEAKTRONICS, INC., or which have been subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident. In no case shall the liability of PEAKTRONICS, INC. exceed the original purchase price of the product.
